i want positives!
i’m feeling disgusting right now in my own skin. so i’m going to list positives for today to get my mind out of this terrible place
i went out to eat at a restaurant :O
i went on a run yayayayayayay
i decided i’m going to challenge myself and go to my friends house for a bbq with all the seniors tomorrow on since we have a half day! (honestly so anxious, i never eat in front of anyone but i know i need to practice if i wanna go to college. i’m gonna bring tofu since i don’t eat meat 0:) )
so what about you guys!?
don’t get me wrong, i am here 100% for anyone that may be struggling and needs to talk, i’d just as much want someone to send me that, i know we can’t always be in a good place and that moods shift. so i’m here no matter what you have to say! just thought it would be good to get some positive vibes going, plus i know its so hard to recognize that you did something or had something positive happen when your life seems to be so negative. but i’m challenging you to find it because even through my shitty day i did:) love you’s<3
