feelin motivated ;D

so every lent before this year i usually give up junk food, but this year it would be much different because that would honestly be way to easy and totally a way of letting ED control me. SO i decided i’m gonna switch it up a bit, for lent i’m giving up my strict food rules and am going to have a “challenge dessert” as my required snack once a week(: for me this would be something like cookies, pretzels, or basically any food that has no nutritional value in my mind. to people without ED this probably seems like the dumbest lent sacrifice ever, but for me this is going to be HUGE. really hoping i can step it up :) wish me luck! i’d love to hear from y’all, any reactions?
